THE HEAT is the name of the VOYAGERS Climate-Tech Festival at Harwell Science Campus in Oxfordshire. The first edition took place on Friday, September 20 2024, from 10am to 10pm. The 2025 edition will take place on September 19 2025. You can find Harwell Campus at Rutherford Avenue, Didcot, Oxfordshire OX11 0DF.
THE HEAT is a production of VOYAGERS, a global community of 4,000 impact-driven people who support each other in amazing ways. We have a specialist climate-tech community working to solve some of today’s biggest challenges. Our goal is to build deep friendships and peer support over members’ lifelong personal journeys through our not-for-profit weekend adventures, online and offline networking, social meetups, workshops, investment funds, co-working retreats, and more. From Didcot:
94 – Didcot • East Hagbourne • Blewbury • West Hagbourne • Chilton • Harwell Campus
X34/X35 – Didcot • Great Western Park • Harwell Campus then Wantage and Faringdon (X35) or Chilton and Newbury (X34)
Didcot Parkway rail station is only 8km away, with direct services to central London (Paddington) in under 45 minutes and Oxford city centre in under 15 minutes. Frequent bus services, taxis and bike hire are available for onward travel to the campus.
Cycle Route 544 connects Harwell, Didcot and Wantage.
There are car parks around the campus, with spaces available at the Thomson car park and the Ridgeway car park. For electric-car owners, there are electric charge points located at RAL Reception (R75).
